This is a semi-automatic machine straight edge machines used in the midu ban, small woodworking board and particleboard line edge, a complete transportation edge board expected, with delivery cut off adhesive, glue pinched, from top to bottom milling, polishing work the automated production lines. Products can reach the level of similar products at home and abroad, and low prices, particularly suited to the plate furniture manufacturers use.

Gluing & edging until adopt lower glue tank. Dual-screwy feeding unit, to make feeding gule conveniently and equally.

Radius scraping unit: remove corrugation trail on edges caused by teimming. Make both sides of the panel smooth and tidy and provides perfect finish. With air browing function prevent removed edge banding tapes from trapping on polishing wheels.

Fine trimming mechanism used for repairing the excess edge materials, adopt automatic tracking and high frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the plates smoothly.

Buffing unit is for cleaning of the edge. It’s composed by two independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.
